		<description>&lt;p&gt;For Smokers: I used to be 1 for 7 years ,a chain smoker...and i couldnt go cold turkey.
so i tryed group hynotherapy worked for a couple of days, but then i tryed a private hypnotist and only because i was ready to give up it worked! has been 2 years now, and because i couldnt give up cold turkey i reccommend this to everyone..
It cost me $150 for a one off session, ive saved more than that now.
my son is now in a smokefree car &amp; home, and im studying at New Zealand Institute Of sport doing a police prep course.

&lt;p&gt;Eclectic - water certainly seems to help me lose weight too. I&#039;m not sure if it&#039;s the carbonation or the sugar that usually goes into carbonated drinks that&#039;s the problem. Carbonation is just carbon dioxide bubbles, so I don&#039;t think that&#039;d be a problem. I often order plain soda water with a slice of lemon or lime instead of a softdrink when I eat out.&lt;/p&gt;
