Another fairly flat week this week. My all-time chart is really showing a flat spot now!
I’ve been pretty good about watching what I eat, but I have been enjoying some nice meals out and the occasional treat lately. Exercise has been almost non-existent, too. While it’s not much good for weight loss, it’s good to know that I’m not going backwards. I can certainly go on like this indefinitely once I reach my target weight!
Still, I’m not actually at my target weight yet, so I need to get things moving again. My little break will have to end this week. Right after my birthday on Tuesday

Don’t give up! We all have rough patches, where the things that used to work don’t anymore, and everything seems harder.
Just do the best you can, keep at it as best you can, and you’ll come back to a place and time where you can forge full steam ahead again.
Take it from me. I’ve gone through lots of ups and downs. Just weigh yourself every day, keep logging it, and never give up on yourself.
Thanks for the encouragement, Holly. I’ve posted a few updates, and am getting back into the swing of things. We’re coming into spring here in the southern hemisphere, so it’s lighter and warmer in the mornings, the weather is better, and I’m able to get regular exercise again.
