Hmm, a bit of a shocker this week. I’ve fallen into a bit of a lethargic funk, probably because I haven’t been able to get out for a run for 3 weeks. It’s the weather, it’s been a busy few weeks, it’s the kids, it’s a whole bunch of excuses. But the end result is that I have less energy and seem to have less self-discipline when it comes to eating.
I need to get the exercise happening again this week!

I went through something similar at the beginning of June. I took about 2 weeks off. I was miserable by the end of that 2 weeks. It felt great to start exercising again. It really helped get me out of an emotional funk that I was in (stressed out, little patience, general grumpiness, etc., etc.). My family and co-workers were glad to see me get back in the groove too
If the weather is crummy try doing some calisthenics. Anything to get your heart pumping helps.
As far as diet goes. Try changing things up a little. I know you said you don’t count calories. Try doing that for a couple of weeks. Sometimes just the act of having something different to focus on can help make things interesting enough to stick to it.
Anyway, you’re doing great. You’re on top of it so I don’t doubt you’ll figure things out in no time. And pretty soon spring will arrive for you and you’ll have to help encourage us Northern Hemisphere dwellers through our winter months.
