		<description>&lt;p&gt;Inspired by your blog, I signed up with my local Social Soccer Div B side a few weeks back. Boy o boy, I can assure you it was hardly social (very competitive) and what I was playing could hardly be called soccer. I nearly threw up on numerous occasions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, 5 weeks on I am feeling better and can huff my way around the park for most of the game. I don&#039;t feel as sluggish in the mornings anymore and have gone without picking up the weekly sniffle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think everyone one needs a periodic &#039;kick in the pants&#039;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Keep up the great blogging (and get fir program).&lt;/p&gt;
