		<description>&lt;p&gt;glad to hear that you are making an effort to run these distances. i run almost daily for an entire year. i am able to run 1.5 miles in under 10 minutes, and have ran for 50 minutes straight. the only thing to hold you back is motivation. BE MOTIVATED.&lt;/p&gt;
